Website and enquiry terms
These terms apply whenever you use hearingtestspoole.co.uk or send an enquiry through it. The site is run by Hearing Tests Poole, and using it, or sending an enquiry, means you accept what follows.

What this site does
Hearing tests We aren't that firm ourselves, and we don't carry out hearing tests or any related work. Our part in things finishes once your enquiry has been passed on.
What you may do with what's published here
You're welcome to read this site and print a page for your own use without asking us first. The writing, images, layout and code belong to Hearing Tests Poole or to whoever licensed them to us. Copying any of it for your own publication, framing it inside another site, scraping it, or misusing it in any other way isn't allowed.
General reading, not personal advice
Hearing tests Nothing published here has looked at your hearing specifically, so none of it should be treated as a diagnosis, a report, or a substitute for being seen by someone qualified.
What sending an enquiry means
Sending an enquiry costs you nothing and doesn't create any contract between you and us. Your enquiry, with the details you gave, is passed to one specialist firm covering the area you told us about, so that they can contact you about it. They use it only to answer your enquiry and to arrange any visit or work you agree with them, and from that point they are responsible for how they handle it. We do not pass your details to anyone else for their own use. Whatever happens after that, a consultation, a quotation, any work, is a matter between you and the specialist, on their terms. The specialist may pay us when we pass the enquiry on. You pay us nothing, and you are free to get quotes from anyone else. None of this stops you asking other firms for quotes of their own.
Who answers for the work itself
The specialist who contacts you is responsible for their own advice, any test or assessment they carry out, their quotation, and anything they supply, including any guarantee they offer. If something goes wrong, raise it with them first, though we're always glad to hear about it as well.
No promise about what's published here
We try to keep this site correct and running, but we can't promise either. Parts of it may be changed, added to, or removed without notice.
The limits of what we're liable for
So far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited, whether that concerns something published on this site or the passing on of an enquiry. That limit doesn't cover death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law won't let us exclude. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Links to other websites
Where this site links elsewhere, that destination isn't ours, and a link doesn't mean we endorse what's there.
If these terms are updated
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one that applies, and any change won't affect an enquiry you've already sent.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the place where we're established. If you're a consumer, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
Questions and complaints
If you want to raise a question about these terms, or a complaint about anything to do with the site, the contact page is where to go. For a complaint specifically about personal information, here's how it's handled: If you complain to us about how we have handled your personal information, we acknowledge it within 30 days and reply as soon as we can.
